Our story
Founded in 1996, Brico Bread offers intelligent solutions for the bakery segment, positioning itself as the first quick-frozen pre-baked bread industry in South America.
The manufacturing park is located in Cotia – SP and has an installed capacity of 108 tons per day and 10 production lines.
Its portfolio consists of 16 product families such as French bread, cheese bread, baguettes, ball bread, among others. The main categories are deep-frozen roasts and pre-roasts, all without preservatives.
It is present in 10 states in Brazil in addition to exporting to the USA. It sells its products to large retailers, foodservice customers, end consumers through the Brico brand and supplies third-party own brands.
Factory Structure
The industry occupies 17732m2 divided in two product units, a warehouse (frozen) and a truck maneuvering yard.
The main unit occupies 13,797 m2 divided into: (i) production; (ii) warehouse of raw materials and finished products; (iii) utility room; (iv) office; (v) maintenance warehouse; (vi) dispatch. This unit has:
4 production lines for French bread and its variations, 1 line for special products (croissant, stuffed baguettes, sweet bread) and 1 line for garlic bread.
The second unit is a separate structure from the first and occupies 3,545 m2, distributed in production and raw material warehouse. The unit can also be used to manufacture gluten-free products. This unit has:
2 production lines for French bread and its variations.
1 cheese bread line and 1 line for the production of artisan breads (Italian bread).
Both units have power generator structure to operate no stop structure to operate at full capacity.
The estimated time to implement a similar factory is 2 to 3 years.
